It's very durable, however no longer positive why it's a lot. Came with four guys and on other web sites I saw a King and Queen at one point, however now not with this one. I had to purchase a dragon and that's pretty a lot all my son play's with. Maybe as he get's older he's going to use it, but at the moment not so a lot.
