I learn all the evaluates sooner than I ordered it. My husband put it together in an hour. Is is flimsy. I would now not pay $244 for it. We paid $125. The gentles around the gazebo has a brief in it. All of the opposite mechanical stuff works to find. I had the unique townhouse from the 1970s and really feel it was lots sturdier. I used to be satisfied the furniture got here with it...but it is flimsy. Overall I am comfortable with the purchase.

I now feel that it used to be an enormous was oncete of cash. Nothing matchs accurately, the house is far too fragile and the dining set is awful. I tried unsuccessfully to lead my daughter against the Melissa and Doug Victorian doll house (Melissa and Doug toys rock!) but in the end succumbed to her Barbie obsession. Of course, that is what all ladies need to look like, is not it!
One phrase of recommend I do have for possible town house owners is this; please purchase the unfurnished version and furnish it your self. Additionally, Barbie furniture isn't too difficult to make as I actually have not too long ago revealed.
If this product wasn't in pieces, I would return it.

It was once rather straightforward to place together (except for installing the elevator). My daughter's response when she noticed it on Christmas morning..."Santa Rocks!" She is actually enjoying it.
